Refund Policy

1. Nature of Products

All products sold through Craft Blueprints are digital goods delivered electronically via download. Due to the intangible nature of digital content, all sales are considered final once the purchased product has been successfully delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

As digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not available after purchase, once access to the download link has been provided. By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable nature of digital goods.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Craft Blueprints in the following cases:

  • The buyer is unable to access or download the product due to a verified technical issue on the Store’s side.
  • Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund under the exception above, the buyer must submit a written request to info.craftblueprints@gmail.com within 14 days of the purchase date.

The request must include:

  • Full name and email address used for the purchase;
  • Order number or proof of purchase;
  • A detailed description of the issue, including any relevant screenshots or supporting documentation.

5. Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Craft Blueprints reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion. A response will be provided within 5 business days of receiving the request.

6. Chargebacks

Buyers are encouraged to contact Craft Blueprints before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restrictions or a permanent ban from future purchases.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Returns Policy.
